30-Day Return Policy for Grills

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: The grill must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. They will provide you with instructions for the return process. If the return is not due to an error or defect on our part, we kindly ask that the buyer covers the shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned grill, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
